Shawn Peterson has joined Union Station Technology Center in South Bend as vice president of strategic initiatives and general counsel. He previously served as president and chief executive officer of the Elkhart-based Corporate Partnership for Economic Growth.

Gene D'Adamo has been appointed president and chief executive officer of the Nina Mason Pulliam Charitable Trust in Indianapolis and Phoenix. He is currently vice president of community relations for Republic Media in Arizona.




Delgado to Lead Goodwill Mission Initiatives

Betsy Delgado has been promoted to vice president of mission advancement at Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana. She previously served as executive director of The Excel Center, Goodwill's school for adult learners.




Gremling Joins Easter Seals Crossroads

eLucida Imaging Owner Mary Jo Gremling has announced her company has been acquired by Indianapolis-based Easter Seals Crossroads. She will serve as manager of Crossroads Document Services.


United Way Hires Multimedia Specialist

United Way of Central Indiana has hired Derik Hughes as a multimedia specialist. He previously was a videographer at WXIN Fox 59.

Tom West has joined Indianapolis-based Thomas P. Miller and Associates LLC as vice president of economic competitiveness. He most recently served as executive director of the Kentucky Workforce Investment Board.




Marshall County CVB Names New Leader

The Marshall County Convention and Visitors Bureau has appointed Cori Holzwart-Humes executive director. She will succeed Mike Woolfington, who is retiring at the end of the year after serving as director for 20 years.

IU Names Associate VP For University Clinical Affairs

Dr. Anantha Shekhar has been named associate vice president for university clinical affairs at Indiana University. He is associate dean for translational research and a professor at the IU School of Medicine.




Rios to Lead Ruth Lilly Medical Library

Indiana University School of Medicine has hired Gabriel Rios as director of the Ruth Lilly Medical Library. He previously served as deputy director of the Lister Hill Library of the Health Sciences at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

The Indiana State Department of Agriculture has named Ben Kenney director of communications. He previously served as a legislative staffer in Washington D.C. for U.S. Senator Dan Coats.

Brehm Honored With IU Foundation President's Medallion

Indiana University Professor Emerita Sharon Brehm has received the IU Foundation President's Medallion. She served as chancellor and vice president for academic affairs from 2001 to 2003 and later worked as a professor in the IU College of Arts and Sciences' Department of Psychological and Brain Science.
